The product warranty period is 5 years (if the inverter is continuously disconnected from the network for more than 3 months, the product warranty period will be reduced to 2 years)
- Series/manufacturing defects are always 100% borne by the manufacturer. If the failure rate of the product exceeds 7%, and it is analyzed and approved by the manufacturer, the manufacturer will be fully responsible, and each machine needs to pay 25 USD for administration and shipping.
- In case of a warranty claim, the manufacturer will provide a new machine replacement free of charge.
